A Bavarian style home that was once part of the Kona Mansion Estate. Now a large comfortable home with a huge yard. Great for a family reunion, wedding or retreat. Huge Eat-in kitchen with two dining room tables, cozy living room with a wood stove, game room with pool/ping pong table and second wood stove. As with most other rental vacation properties in the area, linens are NOT provided, however a linen service can be arranged.
Kitchen and Dining area: Two dining room tables, each will seat 8 people and there are 4 stools at the counter. There is a folding banquet table and chairs in the closet for additional seating.

Billiard Room: Pool table, darts, and another wood stove
Master Bedroom: King size bed, Cable TV and an adjoining full bath
Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, Cable TV and VCR. As a bonus, this room even has it's own sink
Bedroom #3: 4 Twin beds, can be converted to 2 King beds
Bedroom #4: 2 Twin beds, can be converted to 1 King bed
Bedroom #5: 4 Bunk Beds - ideal for all the kids
Bathrooms:
Computer: High speed internet access and printer for your convenience
Water Access: Just a short walk down the street, is access to Lake Winnipesaukee, via the "Range." The "Range" is public access to the lake, but NOT for launching a boat. It is a great spot to take a dip in the lake, or to bring your pets for a swim.
