The furnishings and decor are very dated and need cosmetic TLC; the villa has been priced accordingly. This villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms (each with its own bath) that overlook the pool deck. Great views of the ocean and St.Barths await you. The living room has fantastic views which invite you to relax and enjoy this paradise. This villa comes with a TV, tape deck, CD-player and a completely equipped kitchen. You are only 10 minutes by car to Philipsburg, the Dutch side capital, where you can spend a nice evening enjoying exotic local food or taking advantage of the casinos and night life. There are three restaurants in walking distance.
